Down The Tubes

I had a totally wonderful post here, with oodles of pictures, that took me an hour and a half to compose. Then I hit publish, Blogger told me there was a html error, and deleted the entire thing. Am I the only one that this has happened to? The old Blogger would tell me there was an error, then I could find it and fix it. Now it just canned well over an hour's worth of work. Grrr!!

I always compose in Word and then cut and paste...it saves SO much aggravation!

Erg. Oh sorry to know they messed you up and wasted your time Pat. I've been disenchanted with Blogger and Bloglines for quite a while now and I don't even USE them!

Every time that I want to post something on the DeStash blog I just know it's going to eat the post or post it twenty times and make me look like a complete moron.

Travelling is my life, nothing less than that, so I particularly enjoyed your interesting and beautifully written entry today - as well as the awesome photos of course! It never ceases to amaze me how some people can travel and not being interested in meeting people from these particular places, who wouldn't want to talk to staff or natives - I met some of these "ignorant" people during my travels and I can honestly say that I felt immense pity with them. Travelling isn't just going to a place just to be able to say they've been there - it's really experiencing the country, and this can only be done with talking to people from there. You seem to have met a lot of highly fascinating people on your travels - and these are certainly memories that'll never leave you, right? You're a traveller after my own heart, and I wish you many, many more beautiful and interesting experiences!
